- Weight Recommendations: The DAV Weight Bench Pro supports a maximum user body weight of 265 lbs., with a suggested total weight capacity of 440 lbs. for optimal performance. However, it has an impressive total weight capacity of 800 lbs. Adhering to these limits ensures safe and effective use of the equipment.
